1.      To strengthen the natural nail long-term: apply one coat 2 times a week. Remove the layer each time for a new application.

2.      As a base coat under the colored nail polish: apply 1 thin coat under the colored nail polish.

3.      For instant strengthening of the natural nail: apply 2 coats to the natural nail.

Option 3 may also be performed twice a week for instant firmness and lasting long-term results.
